CHARITY GOLF DAY

The second Return2Romance charity golf event and auction is taking place on Thursday 24th September 2009 at the Lee on Solent Golf Club, Lee on Solent, Hants. The clubhouse will be available from 0830 and tees are booked from 0945 - 1145 with golfers going out in groups of three. The evening event starts at 5.45pm and the meal served at around 6pm.

You are invited to enter as an individual, a team or perhaps there are individuals within your organisation who might like to play. There are two options for the event:

Option A: Bacon bap, tea or coffee on arrival and golf: £ 25 per person

Option B: Bacon bap, tea or coffee on arrival, golf and evening meal: £ 40 per person

In the evening in addition to the meal, we will be holding an auction. Spaces for the meal and auction only are available at a cost of £ 20 per person.

Spaces for the golf are limited to 60 and 80 for the evening meal and auction. Early booking is recommended to guarantee places. Golfers should bring their own washing gear and the dress code for the evening meal is smart casual (tie optional), no jeans or training shoes.

Once completed the form (s) should be returned to the address on the booking form together with a cheque for the full amount made payable to " Return to Romance " by 20th August 2009.

Please note that as this is a charity event, no refund will be provided unless the event is cancelled due to bad weather. An itinerary for the event will be sent out during the first week of September.

We are also inviting companies to donate items for the auction, advertise their company on one or more of the tees or be our main sponsor for the event.
